In line with its goal to strengthen international academic partnerships, Yüksek İhtisas University has taken a significant step by initiating a collaboration with one of Uzbekistan's leading educational institutions, Central Asian Medical University (CAMU). A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) covering education, research, and cultural activities has been signed between the two universities.
The agreement aims to enhance Yüksek İhtisas University's presence on the international stage and foster stronger academic and cultural ties between the two countries. The MoU is particularly focused on promoting cooperation in areas such as student and faculty exchange programs, joint scientific research, and cultural initiatives.
The signing ceremony was attended by Mr. Erol Usta, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Yüksek İhtisas University; Prof. Dr. Kadirhan Sunguroğlu, Rector; Prof. Dr. Şebnem Kavaklı, Vice Rector; as well as Dr. Nurillo Mamasadikov, Rector of CAMU; and Vice Rector Murodjon Botirov. In their speeches during the ceremony, participants emphasized that this collaboration would offer substantial benefits for the advancement of both institutions and lay the foundation for a shared vision for the future. The event concluded with an exchange of gifts and a group photo to formally commemorate the agreement.
This Memorandum of Understanding will serve as a platform for both parties to share their expertise in education and science, and to work toward common objectives. In line with the forward-looking visions of both universities, a fruitful and long-term partnership has been established.
